We offer a fair refund policy and always try to fix, replace or fully refund anything that a customer is unhappy with.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately and inform us of the reason why. Because our services are digital, in most cases we fix any issues within 24-48 hours. However, if we are unable to do so, or you are still unhappy with your purchase we will offer a refund as long as the refund request is issued within 30 days of purchase.
All orders have a 3 day cooling off period, in which you can get a full refund without having to give a reason. You also have the right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Please note: Refunds may result in the removal of the purchased service. For example, if we build links as part of the service and we then issue a full refund, we reserve the right to remove those links.
